There are signs at the Apollo Beach Nature Park saying it will be closed on April 11, 2016. The closing of the park is in preparation for the start of the beach re-nourishment and channel dredging project. A joint announcement between the County and ABWIG will be issued shortly with details and the schedule. Please stand by for just a little longer.

What is the current status of the dredging of the 3 main channels in Apollo Beach. Please give the residents of Apollo Beach the courtesy of letting them know what is going on since the county said they would be helping out from the last ABWIG meeting in November. Thousands of residence would like to know what is going on. Thanks concerned citizens
