We live at 6720 Surfside Blvd. We just read the article in the southshore news today 6/7/12. We fought with the county for years before they put the rip rap in, we live next to the park and we lost property because of the erosion. I am concerned about the jetty and reef balls, also the re-establishment of a beach. We already had to go out 300ft on our dock for water levels. Also there is not enough parking for the park to have a beach crowd. During air show at Macdill we have over flow crowds and they park on our property and destroy our irrigation system. We may need to retain a lawyer if there is not some type of study done on the water flow and concerns with the parks limits. My phone munber is 813-645-2501. Like I said we may have been a little behind in seeing what was going on, but the article sure got our attention. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
